Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop new promotional activities and events aligned with the Company\'s business direction, plan, execute, utilize internal and external resources, and conduct post-campaign analysis.
- Oversee the execution of social media and digital initiatives, including content creation and direction, developing and managing viral marketing campaigns.
- Manage the creative production with internal design teams, giving feedback on scripts and drafts, and measuring social media key performance metrics and trends to drive actionable recommendations.
- Handle budgets, manage campaign costs, and complete other required work-in-progress tasks as expected by management within deadlines.
- Monitor competitor activities, including upcoming trends, and plan appropriate responses and actions.
- Work closely with PR to communicate their respective strategies and execute harmoniously to targeted audiences. Ensure that PR and marketing tell the same story across all advertising and media platforms.
- Support and collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including partnership for other related to company direction.
- At least 2-4 year (s) of digital marketing experience in a marketing/advertising/creative agency is strongly preferred
- Needs to be comfortable in achieving renewal revenue growth
- Excellent writing skills and verbal communication skills
- Possess great problem solving skills
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong passion in Media/Online Marketing solutions
- Experience in understanding needs of our company and delivering innovative solutions
- Knowledge of ad platforms and management tools including but not limited to Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook ads Manager preferred
- Required to understand the digital marketing channels and also have hands-on experience on the backend platforms.
- Prior Agency experience on client management will be advantageous
- Minimum diploma/ Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing/Business or related disciplines.
