Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving digital marketing strategies, demonstrating expertise across all online channels.Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and leads.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing channels to keep our strategies relevant and effective.

Paid Advertising:

• Set up, manage, and optimize Facebook and Google advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve marketing objectives.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives, audience targeting, and other campaign elements for maximum performance.

Vendor Management:

• Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with external vendors and partners to enhance our digital marketing capabilities.
• Review deliverables, and ensure vendors meet or exceed performance expectations.

Analyzing Reports:

• Utilize analytics tools to track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns.
• Generate and present regular reports on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Budget Management:

• Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years experiences in digital marketing with expertise across various online channels.
• Proficient knowledge in Facebook, Google, and SEO.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
