Job Description

Job Objectives: To strategically develop, manage and implement all elements of the marketing and communication plan by growing the brand in the Australian Mortgage and Finance Broking Industry. Lead media strategy to boost visibility and customer engagement.Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing, Communications, or any other similar field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of paid digital media experience in an agency or corporate marketing role
  • Has at least 2 years of experience managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities: - Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and management of all marketing activities
  • Preparation of marketing material: advertisements, brochures, multimedia information including all relevant research
  • Develop and manage broadcast, photography and filming strategy
- PR, Media, and Communications Strategy
  • Increasing Media Coverage
  • Develop and Roll-out PR campaigns
  • Manage website
  • Manage and deliver content for; monthly newsletters, all internal and external communications
  • Reputation Management
- Brand Strategy and Corporate Identity- Key Stakeholder Functions
  • Conferences
  • Media launches
  • Other workshops and events
- Social Media responsibilities:
  • Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Linkedln, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
  • Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools
  • Create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms
  • Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote your organisation and brand
  • Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
  • Undertake audience research
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
  • Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
  • Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
  • Analyse competitor activity
  • Recommend improvements to increase performance
  • Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
  • Educate other staff and customers on the use of social media and promote its use within your company (in-house roles)
  • Encourage collaboration across teams and departments
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php30,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per monthSchedule:
  • Day shift
Experience:
  • paid digital media: 3 years (Preferred)
  • managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns: 2 years (Preferred)
