An experienced user who is able to develop and implement a comprehensive and innovative digital marketing strategies across all digital channels to guarantee a consistent and strong online exposure of Thermo Fisher regionally. Provide thought leadership in digital experience marketing by fully utilising the digital ecosystem to drive business growth.
  • Own and lead outbound digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including but not limited to email, webinars, online events, and paid advertising.
  • Plan and implement various email campaigns, including promotional eDMs, newsletters, event invitations, lead nurturing, and educational campaigns across the Asia Pacific region excluding China. This includes end-to-end design and setup of campaign canvas on email automation platform with established tracking standards.
  • Partner with global teams and APJ digital COE to make sure voice from the region can be well heard and understood
  • Work strategically with colleagues in Corporate Marketing and eBusiness to lead APJ regional centrally-funded strategies and technologies, especially when there is improvement opportunity for CMD objectives and critical metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create campaign strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Carry out segmentation of database and implement remarketing strategies.
  • Understand Adobe Experience Manager set up and propose UX solutions and update corporate website content.
  • Consider current business practices and implement A/B or MVT testing and other optimization strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
  • Track leads via CRM analytics dashboards and provide recommendations for improvement on lead generation activities.
  • Provide regular reports and presentations to management and collaborators highlighting key campaign metrics, insights, and recommendations.
  • Continuously iterate on digital workflows based on feedback, changing business needs, and emerging technologies.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum return on investment.
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (> 4 years) in digital marketing (preferably in a similar industry or role
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computing, or related field of study.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to manage various marketers\xe2\x80\x99 expectations and appreciate culture differences.
  • Strong teammate
  • Ability to learn and adapt accordingly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills to manage timelines of various campaigns across various markets.
  • Meticulous to proofread and test user flows and emails. Able to place customer\xe2\x80\x99s experience first and henceforth challenge doubtful and misleading content and execution.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation software platforms and technologies. Familiar with HTML, Eloqua, Adobe Experience Manager and Photoshop required.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Naver Ads
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to comprehend the requirements of Asia Pacific geographies and being able to read and write Traditional Chinese, Japanese or Korean a plus.
