Job Description

Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for conceptualizing and creating unique and engaging content, write-ups, and graphical designs in various platforms (online, digital, and in print) that effectively engage with our customers and community.Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• FRESH GRADUATES are welcome to apply. No Experience is required.
• For those applicants who have experience in Digital Marketing. You must have at least work for 1-2 years as Digital Marketing Specialist.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
• Significant experience working in digital marketing, community engagement, and/or communications.

• Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and to keep up with industry developments and trends
• Must be knowledgeable in using MS Office applications particularly Photoshop, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Must also be knowledgeable in using Canva, Publisher, Photoshop, CorelDraw, and other designer applications
• HYBRID Work Arrangement - amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business needs AND/OR current external environment/situation)
• Successful candidates must be open to work onsite in Makati City with the capability to work from home if needed.

Responsibilities:

• He or she needs to practice and implement strategies for a strong digital marketing presence.

• He or She needs to guide the development, creation, and implementation of sales and marketing strategy in terms of community engagement, social media marketing, and other media.

• He or She is responsible for planning, creating, editing, and publishing information on websites. To produce material for publication on websites.
• Responsible for creating and/or acquiring content for the website, articles/guides/writeups, email newsletters, and other online communications media.
