You will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing campaign strategies for paid and organic social media channels
• Executing tests, collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in social campaigns
• Tracking, reporting, and analyzing website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
• Managing campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies
• Identifying opportunities to improve copy and landing pages for social/SEM marketing campaigns
• Performing ongoing marketing opportunity discovery, expansion, and optimization
• Thinking outside the box to come up with new growth hacks and systems for us
• Expanding your knowledge within the growth, B2B marketing, and technology
• Helping the team and yourself become thought leaders in the place

The right person for this role:

• Has extensive experience in B2B lead generation
• Identifies as a "numbers" person, with a creative side
• Loves statistics, data, and digging into CRMs
• Is a highly skilled specialist in social media marketing channels
• Proven track record in delivering online marketing results for B2B
• Has a hunger for personal growth and success
• Is driven, independent, and a self-learner
• Enjoys constantly being challenged
• Wants to be in the top 0.1% of global marketers
• Has reliable internet speed (At least 30 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed)
• Has a personal working laptop or desktop computer
