Job Description

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for assigned countries,
considering local market nuances. Manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms,
including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads.
This includes:Conducting in-depth keyword research and audience targeting.Crafting compelling ad copy and creatives (with a keen eye for design).Optimizing bidding strategies and budgets to maximize ROI.Regularly analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven adjustments.Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.Meticulously manage advertising budgets across all assigned countries.Oversee the sales funnel, ensuring a constant flow of qualified leads.Build and nurture brand awareness for ZEISS in assigned regions through targeted campaigns.Create and manage email marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools.Develop and maintain high-converting landing pages.Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, content) to ensure campaign alignment and success.Act as the point of contact for troubleshooting digital marketing issues between countries and HQ.Job requirements

• University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or any related field
• 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising (SEA)
• Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads)
• Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong cultural sensitivity and the ability to adapt marketing strategies for diverse regions
• Meticulous attention to detail
