Job Responsibilities
Build a digital marketing roadmap that includes a scalable digital acquisition framework to supports the growth objectives for Paid, Owned, Earned channels
Support the company’s marketing strategy, execution, growth and online presence, working closely with stakeholders to identify and translate objectives into digital assets and visual communication materials that serve both internal and external audiences
Drive daily operations together with external agencies and internal teams to optimize SEM performance and paid campaigns across digital and social platforms
Manage SEO operations on-page and off-page including (but not limited to) keywords optimization, link building and user experience
Lead in content marketing development with agencies or media partners eg. website articles, landing pages, text ads, social ads for use across the conversion funnel
Measure and report digital marketing performance, optimizing spend and performance based on insights
Enhance brand awareness within the digital space as well as drive website traffic and acquire leads/customers
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple customer touch points

Job Requirements:
Degree in Marketing/ Business Admin (or related discipline) will be an added advantage
At least 7-10 years experience in a digital marketing role
Experience in digital and data-driven marketing across creative, media & technology
Hands-on experience in digital and data-driven marketing across creative, media & technology
Experience in handling CRM and digital paid media channels including social and search
Experience in working on social media, website analytics, search & other digital channels
Implemented large scale digital campaigns with demonstrable business impact
Experience in working with CMS like WordPress and AEM
Experience with digital lead generation lifecycle including email marketing, inbound marketing techniques and analytics
Experienced with digital marketing tools eg. Google analytics, Search console, Google Ads console, SEO tools and CMS platforms like Adobe Experience Manager
Strong cross-functional and team collaboration skills with the ability to manage senior level stakeholders
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of Marketing Automation platforms like Marketo / Hubspot is an added advantage
