Job Description

: To work closely with marketing team to manage the development of monthly marketing campaigns & communications for promotional events through social media platforms. Analyze and evaluate data or analytics to improve and optimize campaign performance. Manage company brand website's content. Manage social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, etc) Plan, execute and optimize digital/online Brand Awareness campaigns through various online tools. Prepare online content and work closely with design department to execute the communication message through social media. Create engaging and creative posts and messages on the Facebook to create and increase followers. Prepare monthly report on digital marketing performance, trend, and relevant competitors' online activities. To undertake any other related tasks as may be determined from time to time by the immediate supervisor. Handle the marketing administration work and liaison with the IT team. Attend to customer general queries related to commission calculation and promotions.Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/E-Commerce or equivalent. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field for this position. Experience in digital marketing and managing social media platforms, technology savvy and good knowledge of online marketing tools, familiar with platforms analytic tools. Good command of Mandarin and English literate would be advantage, good interpersonal skill and a team player, resourceful and able to work independently. Experience of SEO/ SEM, AdWords, Facebook Page/ Business Setting, Instagram, Power Editor, WhatsApp, WeChat, Google Analytics, Youtube and any lead generation.
