Job Description

We are a regional distributor of global automotive aftermarket products. This position contributes to the growth of the business by executing effective digital marketing programs, and enhancing our e-commerce store performance including product listing, site updates, customer experience and store visuals/settings. Responsibilities

• Manage the company\xe2\x80\x99s product portfolio on marketplaces, including store set up, product upload and content updates
• Plan, organise and execute monthly promotional activities including liaise with platform\xe2\x80\x99s Account Managers for maximum exposure and support, set up of price discount, voucher, loyalty incentive, gift with purchase, etc
• Prepare and execute marketing communication in eCommerce and social media platforms as ongoing management of company/brand presence on social media
• Solve day-to-day operation issues including listing/delisting, delivery or product problems, fulfilment coordination, content updates and attending to all customer enquiries in a timely manner, etc
• Coordinate with colleagues and external brand owners on execution of brand, marketing and e-Commerce activities
• Monitor effectiveness of marketing programs and make adjustments based on trends and opportunities to improve results
• Conduct online product research, prepare and analyse online store sales report; budget reports and any other records or forecast required by the company.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Essential Requirements

• Qualification in Marketing, Advertising or other related fields
• 2 years of work experience in Marketing/Design/E-commerce, preferably in managing e-commerce platform, such as Lazada, Shopee and Amazon
• IT savvy with strong computer skills, particularly in design applications such as Photoshop/Illustrator and Microsoft Office
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Active in social media/e-commerce platforms
• Must be resourceful, able to multi-task and enjoy learning new things
• Interest or experience in automotive industry is an added advantage
