HSE

• Report anomalies, near misses, share best practices and provide feedback on HSE findings.

Digital & Innovation

• Responsible for the digital presence of TotalEnergies Marine Fuels : website, online publication, in concert with Communications
• Elaborate and execute the digital roadmap of the entity in collaboration with MS DSI department
• Manage the digital budget of the entity, follow up and provide regular updates to the management on digital projects
• Be the innovation lead for the entity - Promote a culture of innovation within the entity

Information Systems Project Management

• Responsible for managing Information Systems projects, from the scoping stage till completion, while respecting the limits of time, budget, quality and security.
• Plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, in collaboration with management and MS DSI department
• Conduct risk analysis and put in place suitable mitigating measures
• Monitor progress, and keep stakeholders (business teams, DSI, management, etc) informed via steering committees and regular project updates
• Ensure the technical quality of the project and guarantee the correct deployment of the solution and its transfer to the business teams
• Organise and pilot the network of key users within the entity (SAP, Quantum, Themis, internal trading IT systems, etc)

• TotalEnergies Marine Fuels is TotalEnergies’ dedicated business unit in charge of worldwide bunkering activities and is the single point of contact for a full spectrum of solutions with innovative and efficient bunkering services. TotalEnergies Marine Fuels is also committed to providing clean marine fuels, such as LNG, to drive the decarbonisation of the marine industry in line with TotalEnergies’ ambition of Net Zero by 2050.

Candidate profile

• You have minimum 5 years of experience in Information Systems and Project Management
• Good understanding of IT tools (in particular SAP, trading IT systems)
• You have an analytical mind and you are flexible, with the ability to adapt to diverse cultures
• You have good cross-functional management skills
