Job Overview Our company is planning to develop a new E-commerce mobile app with sociality functions. This application is going to be a comprehensive life service platform in the future. We need an experienced mobile app developer and IT project manager to be responsible for the whole development lifecycle and ongoing daily operations. Responsibilities for Mobile Developer

• Identify and plan for new features
• Develop application programming interfaces (APIs) to support mobile functionality
• Suggest and implement new mobile products, applications and protocols
• Remain up to date with the terminology, concepts and best practices for coding mobile apps
• Work closely with colleagues to constantly innovate app functionality and design
• Adapt functions with Wechat, Tik Tok, Alipay, Haulio mini programs.
• Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions
• Communicate with users to understand their needs and experiences

• Assisting in establishing a Project Management Office to oversee multiple projects.
• Liaising with stakeholders such as project personnel, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements.
• Outlining, defining, and initiating the project.
• Implementing document control policies and documentation templates.
• Maintaining a good working knowledge of assigned component projects.
• Evaluating standards of component products.
• Monitoring project progress and implementing changes where necessary.
• Monitoring expenditures in accordance with the budget.
• Ensuring compliance with objectives, organisational policies, procedures, and standards.
