A lead Digital and Omnichannel Engagement job in Singapore has just opened up at a global top 10 pharma company. About the Digital and Omnichannel Manager, Singapore, Global Top 10 Pharma Role:
As the go-to expert for this function in Singapore, you will drive the digital and omnichannel strategic plan for a superior customer experience thereby improving performance. This is a critical enabler of the Singapore commercial strategy as it involves change in and acceleration of digital and omnichannel strategy and execution. Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a step change in omnichannel customer engagement, with transformed HCP experience through cross functional agile teams harnessing the power of technology and data, communicating clearly and simply the omnichannel vision and strategy, including each of the individual components, in a way that resonates across multiple stakeholders, winning hearts and minds to inspire, motivate and drive fast change across the BUs
  • Accountable for achieving the local omnichannel vision within HCP engagement/ experience, as well as developing and tracking of KPIs and overall progression and success
  • Working closely with the region, senior leadership team (SLT), tech and commercial (marketing and sales leadership) to drive successful delivery of digital marketing strategy, ensuring the demand is aligned to vision, roadmap and commercial strategy
  • Responsible for bringing together all the elements required for a successful delivery of omnichannel engagement strategy and achieving the vision, including integrating omnichannel marketing into local capability plans, content strategy, brand planning, data and tech, NBA, new ways of working, leadership buy-in, omnichannel user journeys
To be successful in this Digital and Omnichannel Manager, Singapore, Global Top 10 Pharma role, you will have to work very closely with the commercial teams, understanding challenges and proposing solutions to address them, bringing stakeholders together (medical, tech, region or global) to drive resolution while maintaining focus and prioritising when needed. Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of five years\' digital marketing experience in healthcare/consumer healthcare
  • Excellent partnering skills with ability to assess/diagnose a situation, generate solutions and engage and influence at all levels of management
  • Strong communication skills
