Use phone call as the main tool for conversion of sales, advise customers/clients on courses or job skills training by further understanding their needs . Perform various jobs such as reply to online enquiries, online data entry, and other online projects . Assist in company's marketing activities & plans . Assist in retail operations for offline and online activities . Provide professional sales service and advice to customers . Follow up on any enquiries and appointments . Assist registration and update daily sales report . Participate in team meetings as needed
