Job Description


Qualification:

  • Degree or Diploma in technical or IT services or equivalent with minimum 3 years’ experience in managing facility management related digital systems and services in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and handling data management related to facility management including but not limited to job ticketing, utilities, customer feedback, etc.
  • Hands on knowledge in cloud services and architecture, computer language and system architecture development to aid development and troubleshooting facility and building systems.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Azure Cloud Solutions
Responsibility:
  • Responsible to work with the client’s System officers to ensure that all digital services provided for by JLL including:Data interface and exchange between the client’s and JLL’s systems and platforms
    On-boarding asset data & records to JLL’s systems
    Periodic reporting, tracking of performance and trend analysis are properly deployed, implemented, used, in operating condition
  • Work with the client to ensure the JLL’s users’ transactions & data input are carried out in a timely and accurate manner, including performing outstanding case or data clean-up with the users periodically.
  • Ensure the efficiency of work by JLL users, including:Monitoring and reporting any JLL system abnormalities detected
    Coordinate and provide necessary system trainings to JLL ground staff
    Monitor performance of system integration and data transfer between the client and JLL system
    Mange records and relevant documentations related to the system and data
    Detect trends and abnormalities and recommend key action plans to the client for optimal operational
  • Perform feasibility studies jointly with the client Systems Officers to assess suitability & benefits, cost of investment & payback of new technologies or innovations to improve productivity, quality or cost efficiency
  • Analyse the data coming from the JLL systems to detect insights such as trends and abnormalities.
  • Recommend key action plans to the client to prevent any deterioration of any equipment and persisting of issues.
