Sanofi Industrial Affairs is preparing its future through an ambitious program named Evolutive Vaccine Facility (EVF). The EVF Project is at the cornerstone of Sanofi Industrial strategy as it aims at creating a new manufacturing concept consisting of a new generation of evolutive multi-product facilities, modular, adaptable and agile, leveraging new disruptive technologies, to better address vaccine business challenges. One of Evolutive Vaccine Facility will be setup in Tuas, Singapore. Digital will be one of the key enablers to help EVF reach its ambition.

On top of it, Sanofi's Industrial Affairs is on the journey of Digital transformation, with the ambition to leapfrog the competition and boosting the performance through a digital acceleration program. The Sanofi Digital function is committed to this transformation and is strengthening its digital teams. In such context, we are looking for a Site Technical & Security Expert to be based with our manufacturing facility in Tuas, Singapore.

The position will support the EVF project on infrastructure design and implementation. Post implementation, the position will be responsible for the site infrastructure operations, lifecycle project and cyber security operations at the site.

Reporting to the Site Digital Manager, this role will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across site engineering, automation and maintenance team and Sanofi global digital teams.

Giving the EVF operating model (with same design on digital solutions), this position share responsibility and in between 2 EVF sites when it would be necessary.

Main responsibilities:

EVF Project:

• Connect with Business: Work with EVF business team and EVF digital team to understand the business needs to infrastructure (including Telephony, Network, industrial device, etc.), and work with central digital tech team for the infrastructure Tech design.

• Connect with Automation for IT/OT convergence: Collaborate with the Automation team and global digital tech and cyber security team, be in charge of the infrastructure, cyber security and integration of IT/OT systems.

• Work with global digital tech team, supervise infrastructure deployment at site, for deployment of on-premise shared infrastructure and application project technical coordination (PTC), ensuring documentation of site IT infrastructure.

• Collaborate with security engineers to set up and maintain IT security solutions for the site.

Site Infra Operations:

• Following the operating model with Sanofi Digital tech, support/ supervise Maintenance and Administration of Infrastructure at site: Server rooms, technical rooms, LAN, storage - backup and restore, etc, manage changes and lifecycle project.

• Being proactive to reach operation excellence; actor in risk management to analyze and bring forward proposals; be the local contact point for global teams in case of incident escalation or request.

• Participation and contribution to regulatory or quality inspections, ensure quality compliance of site Infrastructure.

• Continuously enhance the level of IT/OT convergence, integration while ensuring cyber security and following Sanofi digital technical standard.

Cyber Security Operations:

• Ensure the implementation of security processes and activities (risk management, security in projects, security patch management, security incident management, vulnerabilities detection and remediation, account / FW reviews etc.) with regards to the level of cyber risk, with support of global Cyber security team.

• Monitor cyber security operations and Act to Cyber Security incidents management according to existing regulations and processes.

• Maintain cyber security compliance on infrastructure: SCADALAN for new devices / new solutions, Firewall rules management, define and execute remediation action plan following cyber risk assessment.

About you

• Experience: More than 5 years working experience, on Infrastructure build project and operation, preferably in healthcare/ pharmaceutical industry. Experience on computerized systems validation/ infrastructure validation/ laboratory/ SCADA systems (IoT or IIOT solutions) will be advantage.

• Competency: Customer centric and results oriented. Forward- thinking and keen to explore new ways of working, applying existing and new technologies in problem solving. Strong sense of accountability, reliability, and team collaboration.

• Technical & Soft skills: Solid knowledge on infrastructure, network (LAN, WIFI, cabling etc.), hosting space (Windows Server, VM etc.), telephony (VoIP), backup solutions, cyber security management (firewall, Bastion, anti-virus, etc.) Project management and agile skillset will be a plus.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, computer science, network engineering or equivalent disciplines.

• Languages: Proficient in both spoken and written English
