About the Role
As a key member of the Digital Solutions team, you will lead the delivery of strategic initiatives and business-as-usual (BAU) enhancements. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into actionable requirements, and ensure successful implementation and adoption.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:Lead Project Delivery - Drive the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives and BAU enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely execution. Stakeholder Engagement - Facilitate discussions with business units to understand current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and document business rules and enhancement requirements. Builds and maintains effective relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements Management - Prepare and review comprehensive business requirements that address current needs while anticipating future changes and scalability. Solution Evaluation - Collaborate with Technical teams to assess high-level solution options and recommend the most suitable approach to stakeholders. Delivers solutions that achieve the intended business benefits and contribute to measurable improvements in performance or efficiency. Testing & Quality Assurance - Translate business requirements into detailed test scenarios and expected outcomes. Oversee and review User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring completeness and accuracy before sign-off. Issue Resolution & Prioritization - Work with stakeholders to resolve gaps in requirements and prioritize changes to meet agreed launch timelines. Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and initiative in resolving issues independently or collaboratively with teams. Project Planning & Monitoring - Actively contribute to project planning and resource allocation. Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful delivery. Team Leadership - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Training & Change Management - Develop and review training materials. Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities with the agency force to support adoption. Continuous Improvement - Stay current with industry trends and best practices. Proactively seek opportunities to enhance processes and maintain relevance to evolving business needs. Timely Delivery of Commitments and Ownership - Consistently meets agreed timelines for deliverables, ensuring projects and enhancements are completed as scheduled. Exhibits self-motivation, accountability, and dedication to delivering quality outcomes with minimal supervision. Strong Stakeholder Engagement - Builds and maintains effective relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:Degree Holder preferably in Business IT, Computer Science or a related discipline. At least 8 to 10 years of working experience, preferably in business analysis or digital solution implementation Highly meticulous with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders. Digitally savvy with a keen interest in enhancing and optimizing digital experiences. Demonstrates a positive attitude, openness to learning, and willingness to share knowledge. Able to work independently under pressure while being a collaborative and dependable team player.
