Pre-Sales Support:
Lead technical proposal development for Abound solutions, including system architecture, ROI analysis (e.g., energy / cost savings) and integration plans with HVAC / BMS systems
Prepare competitive budgetary estimates and tender submissions aligned with client ESG targets (e.g., Energy savings, Green Mark certification, carbon neutrality)
Deliver tailored presentations to C-suite and technical stakeholders, showcasing Abounds predictive maintenance, energy optimization and carbon tracking capabilities
Opportunity Development:
Collaborate with sales teams to identify / qualify lead, understand customer requirements, design tailored Abound solutions, and ensure that proposals align with client needs
Conduct market research on regional trends (e.g. Singapores Green Mark certification)
Technical Advocacy:
Demostrate Abound solutions through live product demos, proof-of-concept trials and customized dashboards (e.g., carbon reduction metrics)
Train internal teams, channel partners and system integrators on Abound platform and sustainability use cases
Collaborate with engineering teams on localize Abound solutions
Requirements:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital solutions or technical pre-sales roles, preferably in building automation, IoT, or smart building solutions.
Experience working with commercial real estate, infrastructure, or industrial building clients is a plus.
Strong understanding of IoT platforms, building automation systems (BAS), and related smart building technologies.
Prior experience in technical proposal development, budgeting, and solution presentations
