Job Description

As a Digital Sport Merchandiser, your role will be to drive the sports business online by ensuring a pleasant buying experience for the customer. You will ensure that they will be able to easily find the right products by providing the right information.
You will also work closely with other stakeholders such as traffic, buyers, demand planners and the retail team to plan and execute digital sports campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the growth of the online sales for my sport
• Ensure all sports products are published online with the right information
• Make products appealing online through visual contents
• Build the categorization (tree structure) for my local offer
• Ensure the internal search & category filters relevancy of my products
• Conduct regular analysis & survey on my categories to improve performance with other stakeholders
• Customer Engagement - I interact with my users in order for them to come back and shop more. I build a long term relationship with my sport users
• Engage my sport community with a monthly newsletter
• Answer all negative reviews posted on my product

• 1-3 years\' experience as a Digital Merchandiser
• You must have a passion for sport, a huge sense of service and be customer oriented.
• You take energy in everything that you do, you express vitality!
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love to try new things, take on big challenges and take initiatives.
• You are responsible in your work, and not afraid to take ownership of both your achievements and your mistakes!
• You are a regular sport practitioner and you love playing sports!
• You are an analytical person with strong attention to detail
• Prior experience with merchandising tools like Algolia, Tesseract, Contentful and analytical tools like Analytics will be considered a strong advantage.
