Job Overview Whether you call yourself a digital communications planner or strategic planner, here at ADK Connect, a digital strategist does exactly what the name suggests.

As a senior digital strategist, you should be intimately familiar with digital platforms and digital touchpoints that makes up a consumer’s everyday interaction. More importantly, you must be able to link all the pieces together into a compelling and cohesive strategy that addresses the client brief and business challenges.

You will be working closely with the Chief Digital Officer to design effective digital communication strategies across the entire consumer journey, bringing with you a fresh perspective on the latest in ad-tech/mar-tech solutions.

You will be based in the Singapore office and reporting directly to the Managing Director for ADK Connect, SEA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop digital marketing strategies that are data-driven and insights-led, using a myriad of tools from web analytics tools to surveys and desktop research.
  • Understand consumer journeys and design effective performance driven campaign strategies.
  • Support the team across a portfolio of accounts, while being the key lead strategist across our top 2-3 key accounts.
  • Support the team in new business pitches, research projects, digital audits, and workshops/training for clients.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to build inspiring and market winning ideas.
  • Develop customer lifecycle strategies and define digital performance metrics in partnership with the digital and media team.
  • Stay up to date and have a point of view on the latest developments in the digital space.
  • Support in publishing white papers and case entries to drive the reputation of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications and experience:
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a planning/strategic role in a digital agency (preferably in Singapore)
  • Deep consumer and the digital landscape knowledge for the SG and SEA market.
  • Solid knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meltwater, and other similar online marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Excels and numbers would be beneficial.
  • Experience in managing broad spectrum of clients and Singapore Govt. agency accounts is a bonus.
  • Sound knowledge of digital marketing practices like but not limited to, Data analytics, Omni-channel strategy, Lifecycle marketing, Social media strategy, SEO/SEM etc.
  • Confident in presenting to mid-senior level clients, with strong deck building and verbal communication abilities.
