DESIGNATION : Strategist / Senior Strategist, Strategy & Transformation - Retail Business

RESPONSIBILITIES
The candidate will be part of the Strategy & Transformation Group to support the Retail Business CEO in their strategy and transformation agenda for the brick-and-mortar business. As the Strategist/Senior Strategist, they will work closely with different stakeholders across business units and corporate functions to support the leadership team. Key Responsibilities

• Support leadership team in the governance and execution of key meetings including the preparation of agenda, work plan, coordination and follow-ups
• Support the end-to-end development and delivery of business strategy
• Support team lead in the cascade and alignment of S&T initiatives and action plans
• Work in cross-units taskforce to drive and deliver desired outcomes on priority goals

• Tertiary Qualification in any discipline
• Equivalent of 3 years or more experience in consultancy, business planning or similar
• Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
• Good stakeholder management and able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, management and diverse audiences
• Ability to influence and shape work, progress, and processes independently
