As a Digital Transformation & Customer Service Application Consultant, you will support the regional roll-out, business consulting, demand and Application management and support of regional Customer Services system (e.g Autoline, RFDC ,RWCS) for Overseas market.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Min 4 years IT working experience with 2 year of strong involvement in automotive or similar industry.
Customer Oriented and demonstrated empathy
Outcome-oriented and creative problem solver with a strong positive mindset
Ability to handle complex problems and follow through energy in implementation of strategies
Strong strategical capabilities with focus on business and IT interactions
Good understanding of Automotive Business – Sales and Customer Services in an international context
Project management and coordination skills with international rollout experience
Experience in a multi-cultural and distributed organization
Strong stakeholder management
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong leadership and good team player as working in an international and intercultural context
Experience in an agile and fast paced environment
Open minded with a very strong co-creation ability
Ready to engage with a continuous learning approach
Familiar with Autoline, Servicenow, Jira will be an added advantage
Possess a Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT/relevant field.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Support the regional roll-out, business consulting, demand and Application management and support of regional Customer Services system (e.g Autoline, RFDC ,RWCS) for Overseas market
Be responsible for the service delivery in demand management and product management of Regional After Sales systems with overall objective of achieving standard processes and application landscape in the region
Direct IT Contact partner for various stakeholders. Consult and support these organizations concerning Regional Customer Services applications and business know-how and adhering to MB overall IT Strategy Coordination role for IT projects in Regional Customer Services Applications

Provide product/application support to local Project Manager and share regional roll out experience in order to benefit from lessons learned
