\xe2\x80\x8bMy client is a reputable international bank with a large presence in Singapore, currently looking for an IT Service Manager to lead the initiatives of Change Enablement, Service Level Management, Service Desk & Incident Management, and Problem Management.

You will coordinate activities under IT Service Management processes such as Monitoring & Event Management and Availability Management.

As the IT Service Management Owner, you will have:

a strong track record of leadership in IT service management,

excellent influencing skills coupled with the ability to manage relationships and stakeholders at all levels,

proficiency in operating Infrastructure (Iaas, Paas) and B2B networks.

The ideal candidate would be someone that has experience in retail, wealth and private banking domain and has touched on a ITSM practices in a bank.
