Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Digital Transformation Specialist:
Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects from concept to post-implementation review
• Identify opportunities for digital innovation to improve internal business processes
• Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules and resources, and track project progress

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
• Conduct workshops, meetings, and presentations to ensure engagement and alignment
• Proactively identify and manage risks or issues throughout the project lifecycle
• Build and maintain small applications or scripts to automate and optimise workflows
• Coordinate testing, quality assurance, and validation to ensure solution effectiveness
• Maintain thorough documentation, including user guides, process flows, and project update

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage both technical and business stakeholders
• Experience in project coordination, requirement gathering, and project tools (e.g., ASANA)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Familiarity with data visualisation or analysis tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 5,800 + AWS + VB (1 - 2 Months)
• Working Location: Yishun
• Working Hours: 5 Days Work, Monday to Friday, 8.15am - 5.30pm
