We are proudly part of Japan Post \xe2\x80\x94The RoleThe Toll Innovation Lab aims to experiment, prototype and deliver breakthrough ideas that generate new sources of competitive advantage and drive strategic impact for both Toll and Toll customers.The Digital User Experience Designer is overall responsible for creating satisfying and compelling experiences for users of a prototype product as well as for visitors\xe2\x80\x99 interactions of the Toll Global Innovation Centre (GIC).You will require to understand the latest technology trends, our business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research (A/B testing), interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes. The UX designer will also be expected to re-iterate and apply continuous improvement upon a product/service/exhibit in accordance with user/visitor feedback.We are looking for designers, with strong passion and adventure spirit to shape and grow the Toll innovation culture and, tech product design expertise ,within a dynamic and challenging environment in the logistics industry.Design and improve user interfaces and graphic elements for our enterprise applications, focusing on delivering optimal user experiences while maintaining high levels of functionality and compliance. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business analysts to understand and integrate business and user requirements into highly functional and visually compelling designs.Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings. Develop wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and graphic layouts to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to enhance the user experience and optimize the interface. Maintain and enforce existing style standards and expand upon our design systems, including visual identity elements.Stay abreast of UX trends, graphic design trends, and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds. Document and communicate design ideas, prototypes, and graphic standards to developers and stakeholders.Manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions while keeping a keen attention to detail. Project manage the curating of relevant and critical Innovation themes, and developing Industry Use Cases / Demos (storyboard, wireframe, prototype, development) to bring the themes to lifeObserve and analyses the visitors\xe2\x80\x99 interactions with the exhibits from following the visitor journey, questions asked and feedback from visitors after the tour. Leverage on the insights gained to improve, plan and design the next iteration of exhibit demo interaction piece tied to a technology theme as well as ensuring the flow between exhibits from beginning to end of tour. Design relevant posters/graphics to enhance the visitor experience.To be Successful, you will need:Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Human Factors, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.At least 3 years of proven experience in UX/UI design and graphic design, with a strong portfolio in enterprise systems and visual communication. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering compelling design explanations to non-design stakeholders.Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.Experience with user testing methodologies, usability and accessibility concerns, as well as graphic design principles and techniques.Experience designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile, tablets, etc.).Understanding of front-end languages (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) to communicate effectively with engineers.What moves you?At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
