About the role
The Digital Wealth Product Lead is a strategic and critical role that combines wealth management domain knowledge with digital product and financial planning tools development. The role will lead the end to end digital client journey and experience, collaborate with technology engineers and designers to build and maintain a digital first financial wellness proposition.
Product Vision and Strategy:

• Develop and maintain a clear digital wealth product vision, aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Analyse market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
• Define the product roadmap, outlining short-term and long-term goals.

Requirement Gathering and Prioritization:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and QA, to gather requirements and define user stories.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Maintain a well-groomed backlog with clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

User Experience and Design:

• Advocate for exceptional user experience by working closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to continuously improve the application\'s usability.

Release Management:

• Plan and coordinate product releases, ensuring timely delivery of features and improvements.
• Collaborate with the development team to address any issues or blockers that may affect the release timeline.

Stakeholder Management:

• Engage with stakeholders, including internal teams and external clients, to gather feedback, understand needs, and manage expectations.
• Conduct regular product demos and presentations to showcase new features and updates.

Performance Analysis and Optimization:

• Use data analytics and user feedback to monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Continuously iterate and optimize the product to enhance user satisfaction and drive business results.

Compliance and Security:

• Ensure the product adheres to relevant compliance and security standards, safeguarding user data and privacy.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as wealth product manager with a track record in user centric delivery leveraging user research and data to ensure products have strong market fit and create delightful experiences
• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Product Management, Business, or related field. CMFAS M5 is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in developing digital applications, preferably in the portfolio management, finance, or related industry.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, especially Agile/Scrum.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and the ability to empathize with user needs.
• Knowledge of project management tools and issue tracking systems.
• Prior experience in financial applications or portfolio management is a plus.
