About the Department

Group Retail TMRW has enabled UOB to accelerate its growth regionally with innovative digital capabilities for a new generation of digitally-savvy customers amid a rapidly changing technology and regulatory landscape. Job Responsibilities

• Accountable for the end to end Digital Wealth Journey development lifecycle ( Define, Design, Build, Implement and Track) for different wealth customer segments.
• Ability to translate business vision into digital roadmap, customer journeys, experience outcomes, backlog prioritization for digital Wealth build.
• Lead product journey owner team and work with key stakeholders such as design, technology, group wealth, compliance to drive the execution of Digital Wealth Product Strategy and Roadmap to deliver intended experience and business outcomes.
• Drive experience breakthroughs in digital wealth journeys across different countries, using data, insights, market research and customer testing.
• Ability to hold strategic conversations with senior leadership of the Bank on Digital Wealth implementation such as strategic approach, design approach, build principles and prioritization principles.
• Serve as lead product journey owner for requirements for Wealth including providing necessary support for budget and strategy approval forums such as ITC and work with key stakeholders in Group and Countries, internal and external to ensure successful implementation.
• Research new technologies, services, assess competition, global trends, and review regulatory and industry developments in areas of digital Wealth, and evolve build priorities, focus and recommendations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 15 years in Digital Capabilities Management and Implementation, Wealth Product Management and/ or Wealth Project Management, associated with building and launching new (Wealth )products and digital journeys.
• Proven experience in designing end to end customer experiences with a passion for creating best in class experiences
• Proven experience in the use of design thinking and agile methodologies.
• Possess a blend of business and technical knowledge whilst having the ability to drive strategy in action.
• Ability to formulate and execute key artifacts such as capability roadmaps and understanding of business case.
• Ability to build strong relationships across stakeholder groups with the ability to effectively communicate and influence across various business lines and units including senior levels within the organization.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
