Responsibilities
To support a complete portfolio of IT infrastructures for workplace and Telecom/WAN Services. This function assures IT services provided to its business organizations are in accordance with the expected service levels.
Enable and support organizational transformation and change through the development and delivery of workplace strategies for the company.
Coordinate communications and engagement between businesses and functions, to ensure workplace projects and initiatives deliver targeted business outcomes.
Provide effective, compliant and functional leadership across the full breadth of workplace services for the portfolio.
Accountable for the IT Service Level Objectives, 3rd party vendor service quality, IT security risks, and shall align the IT operating processes to ISO/TS common quality criteria.
Profile
Possesses professional qualification in IT discipline or a relevant equivalent.
Technical experience in the Microsoft 365 will be an advantage.
Sound understanding of how businesses operate and the key challenges faced in the operative environment
Experience in coordinating, supporting or delivering workplace projects
Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills.
People-oriented, customer service mindset.
Positive, team-oriented mindset, with a natural willingness to always go the extra mile.
