Who we Are.
As a Workplace Design Manager you will be responsible for: Coordinating the successful management of the design solution across multiple projects in the APJC region, serving as the creative lead and producer. You will contribute to the creative thought and ideation process, pull together innovative solutions and document final output throughout all phases of the design process.

Who You Are
You are passionate about design. You have the ability to think conceptually and realistically about the workplace. Ideally with experience working on commercial Interior Design projects.

You must be self-motivated and self-managed and have the ability to multi-task and coordinate several projects at a given time. With strong listening and problem-solving skills, you should be able to work effectively on a cross-functional team.

You will be supporting the workplace design activities for projects in the APJC portfolio, helping to develop creative design concepts that can be successfully measured against creative brief.

You will own the design lane of our projects, working with clients and partners to develop and lead concept development, create and present design solutions and coordinate a complete set of contract documents with Project Manager oversight.

As you lead the creative process to extract the ask, define and create the solution and document the outcome, you will communicate concepts and ideas to others through written, drawn and verbal means.

We expect you to interact regularly with design and construction and team members as needed for the completion of assigned projects.

We estimate there could be 10%-20% travel to project sites as required.

Minimum Qualifications & Desired Skills
It would be helpful if you have

  • A Bachelor\'s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with LEED , the International WELL Building Standard or other sustainability and wellness standards, would be a bonus! We expect you to be able to research building codes and accessibility guidelines in various jurisdictions if needed as well.

Good client communication and management skills are key, with a strong and confident ability to visually present ideas, and guide client decision making. We \'d like someone with strong space planning skills, with focus on creating efficiencies while driving innovative planning.

It would be useful is you have experience with Change Management and Design Thinking methodologies.

When available, the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hire, full-time salaries in U.S. locations, not including equity or benefits. For non-sales roles the hiring ranges reflect base salary only; employees are also eligible to receive annual bonuses. Hiring ranges for sales positions include base and incentive compensation target. Individual pay is determined by the candidate\'s hiring location and additional factors, including but not limited to skillset, experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training. U.S. employees have to quality medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance and numerous wellbeing offerings. Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday, plus a day off for their birthday. Employees accrue up to 20 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) each year and have access to paid time away to deal with critical or emergency issues without tapping into their PTO. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
