Location : Bukit Merah Central
Contract period : Immediate (6months to 1 year)
Working hours are 8am \xe2\x80\x93 530pm. The employment duration will be up to 1 year from the start of commencement of the candidate.
Educational Requirements: Diploma / GCE \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99/\xe2\x80\x99O\xe2\x80\x99 Level qualifications. The salary range can only be determined once a selected candidate has been found. We compute based on competency.
Job description and requirement as follow:
- Organise HR documents (which consists of new hire\xe2\x80\x99s contract, personal documents and recruitment forms) for scanning. This includes (1) labelling the documents, (2) packing and sorting the HR documents into boxes, (3) preparing and printing the Nominal Rolls before sending the documents for scanning. There are approximately 15 sets of documents for every new hire.
- Assist to oversee digitisation of HR documents. This will include liaising with the vendor on the scanning schedule and ensuring that all the physical documents are accounted for, delivered to as well as received by the vendor.
- Verify digitised HR documents. This will include tallying the scanned documents with the hardcopy documents to ensure that the scanned documents are complete and in order.
- Upload digitised HR documents to enterprise HR system.
- Basic knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office software/applications
