Director Acquisitions - Singapore

We have an exciting opportunity to lead Acquisitions across Singapore and South East Asia for a global investor. This role will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of their investment portfolio. The role will look at a variety of asset classes including but not limited to, Logistics, Multifamily, Office and Retail.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with the company\'s objectives and risk appetite.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
• Lead the due diligence process, including financial analysis, valuation, and risk assessment.
• Negotiate and structure investment deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers, and financial institutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing investments, making recommendations for optimization or divestment when necessary.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact investment decisions.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the investment team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor\'s degree in finance, real estate, or a related field. A master\'s degree is preferred.
• Proven track record of acquisitions in the SGP market, with a minimum of 15 years of experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the Hong Kong real estate market, including market trends, regulations, and key players.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate investment opportunities and assess risk.
• Excellent negotiation and deal structuring abilities, with a demonstrated ability to close complex transactions.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
