Join Gilead and help create possible, together.As the Director Alliance Management and Access (SECA and India/South Asia) for Distributors and Regional Business Partners, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing strategic partnerships with our distributors and working closely with the Commercial lead and cross functional team members to optimize volume, supply chain efficiency and build Gilead value in the region and enable sustainable access to Gilead products in the most efficient way that maximizes Gilead value and meet patient needs..Key Responsibilities:Partner Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with distributors and full-service partners.Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, escalations, and relationship management activities.Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, address issues, and identifygrowth opportunities.Partner Governance Strategic Planning and Alignment:Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including commercial, pricing and finance to develop improved partnership and strengthen pricing policies.Ensure execution of the Alliance Management and Governance process is executed and tailored to the market.Monitor partner performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreement.Support Commercial Operations to develop business opportunities and business casesContinuously look for new growth opportunities including partner capabilities to align well evolving market trends and pipeline opportunities.Manage and run Distributor Management and Optimization plans including appointment, terminations and renewals in line with Gilead DM framework working closely with all relevant functions.Contract Negotiation and Management:Lead contract negotiations with distributors and logistics partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with Gilead goals.Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations in collaboration with legal and procurement teams.Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.Develop and deploy pricing and revenue models designed to maximise growth opportunities.Cross-functional Collaboration:Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of partner activities with overall business operations.Coordinate with commercial and medical to develop and deploy commercial terms and governance mgmt.Work closely with supply chain and commercial operations teams to optimize inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution processes in line with Gilead expectations.For Current Gilead Employees and Contractors:Please log onto your Internal Career Site to apply for this job.
