Build Product and Implementation Framework, which includes Product Management of Cash and Implementation management including Client On boarding experience and TATs including reduce Time to Revenue cycle for the bank.

What would be your typical day at BNPP Paribas look like?

Primary Role Responsibilities

Business

  • Provide strategic focus in achieving organizational goals with thought leadership supported with people, processes and technology
  • Working closely with the Sales team in understanding client requirements for products I services I solutions towards managing pre and post-sales discussions and relationship with customers
  • Ideation, create value proposition and provide complex structure guidance to client , Coverage and Transaction Banking sales teams in client discussions and pitches and supporting s functional mapping of the client requirements.
  • Support and Participate with Sales team in responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs) for Transaction Banking Solutions.
  • Access and Analyze Product needs and opportunities ( Regulatory/Technology/ Market infrastructure)
  • Take Lead in identifying explicit and implied client needs by engaging key influencers and decision makers including Business Heads, Local and Regional IT, Channel Integration and ITO teams to develop solutions in line with requirements and needs of customers in South East Asian countries.
  • Conduct product benchmarking and competitor analysis as input to business, cash and Trade Heads.
  • Identify and develop partnerships with the leading Fintech companies wherever possible to bridge the gap and align our solutions offering with the client requirements
  • Work on cost benefit analysis of new proposed solutions and existing solutions & processes to bring in better efficiency.
Deliver Superior Financial Performance
  • Drive and Promote projects including but not limited to digitization & product penetration of our solutions with our existing clients including identification of cross sell opportunities along with Sales teams.
  • Improve time to revenue by creating an implementation governance that is based on project management techniques
  • Apply Project Management techniques for implementation of Transaction banking projects for our clients.
  • Ensure appropriate and timely reporting of mandate status in prescribed formats
  • Team Management
  • Focused execution abilities through a strong deal implementation team to support transition management and technology Integration
  • Sharing best Practices and Client trends with the team.
  • Work to ensure team is upskilled to latest solutions , products and technology
  • Align to the regional and global strategy for overall product and implementation governance
  • Managing team of product and Implementation managers of around 5-6 team members.
  • Governance and Risk Management
  • Execute and Participate in NAC and TAC process and regulatory compliance for new product/ Solutions developed and agreed for our corporate clients.
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify , escalate , mitigate and resolve risk , conduct and compliance matters
  • Ensure risk Monitoring as an integral part of the business Process
  • Remediate and mitigate Risk : Lead Local Audit Items and Self-Identified Issues
  • Outages and Incidents
  • Represent products management during incidents/outages and work with Sales and IT /Operations to understand and manage client impact.
  • Support IT/Operations to identify and remediate Root cause
  • Anti-Money Laundering / Financial Sanctions (\xe2\x80\x9cAML/FS\xe2\x80\x9d) related duties
  • Operations are an integral part of the control framework including AML/FS topics. In that respect, in performing your role you are expected to ensure adherence to AML/FS-related Local requirements, Group Policies and execution of associated operational controls, and to promptly escalate any resulting hit for analysis and decision to the relevant authority.
