The Consumer Sales Organization (CSO) is a global team at Microsoft responsible for sales across Devices and Creativity (Windows, Microsoft 365, and Surface and Gaming). Together, we win by delivering compelling at-home and on-the-go experiences combining intelligent edge devices and services that create Microsoft fans for life.The ASIA Devices and Creativity Consumer Channel and Partner Marketing Lead is responsible for the development and implementation of an omnichannel strategies with 3rd party retail partners to support Devices and Creativity ambitions and business goals. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, based across Asia to work with partners to influence the design of unique Microsoft marketing experiences across channels and at every touchpoint in the consumer journey, working across organizational boundaries to deliver integrated consumer and retail partner marketing, execution excellence and brilliant basics. You will act as a trusted advisor to drive strategic decisions about the marketing investment strategy and marketing mix, thinking globally while acting locally. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.Responsibilities:Overview:Drive consumer centric marketing planning and execution, which is aligned to product strategies, the Asia channel strategy and the partners marketing capabilities, to drive profitable growth in Asia.Lead a team, within the Asia region, consisting of both regional focused team members, and territory focused team members, who cover channel marketing, partner marketing and marketing services, to deliver omnichannel strategies and full-funnel marketing plans across 3rd party Retail channels.Key Focus Areas:Consumer and Partner Marketing

  • Drive seasonal marketing planning in the region, ensuring that territory teams are driving product priorities for each category, with each key partners. Collaborate with regional category and sales leaders to co-ordinate category, sales and marketing plans cohesively
  • Co-ordinate and lead marketing functions/activities across the region to maximize impact for thru Partner marketing. (PR, Social and BTL)
  • Drive partner planning and investment strategy across the region, based on Partners marketing capabilities and insight from the consumer purchase journey and local consumer insights, establishing clear KPIs and marketing value
  • Leverage robust analytics and insights to create investment strategies and execution across marketing investments to drive greater business impact
  • Drive all marketing investments across the region (EPIC OPEX, MDF/RMI, BTL)
  • Ensure all marketing activity is delivered compliantly.
Omnichannel Strategy and Execution
  • Drive ecommerce sales and marketing motions through digital marketing excellence, mobile-first executions and social commerce with key retail partners in the region Lead teams in all markets to Influence consumer conversion both in-store and online through the planning and execution of seamless and connected shopper journeys, using data and insights to build robust impactful plans.
  • Ensure that Asia CCPM team optimizes retail presence by landing and maintaining in-store programs and experiences in line with global guidance with key partners
  • Ensure Asia CCPM Partner Influence and Readiness teams build plans to drive brand advocates among retail sellers and consumers through training, evangelism and community engagement platforms with retail partners
  • Ensure that each Territory in Asia best-in-class product launch moments, key seasonal initiatives and sustain marketing initiatives.
  • Team Growth & Development Attract, build and retain a high-performing diverse team (30-40 people across Japan, ANZ, Korea, SEA, India, China, HK and TW)
  • Inspire people to do their best work and ensure the growth in the skills and capabilities of the team
  • Plan and utilize resources in order to optimize impact and efficiency
  • Contribute to the Asia CD LT Culture
Qualifications:Required/Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field AND 10+ years digital, retail, channel marketing, marketing, retail sales, or commercial sales experience
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years people leadership experience ideally with a multi cultural remote team
  • 10 + years of Retail Channel Marketing expertise ideally gained from the Asia region ideally with Consumer Electronic retailer expertise.
  • Experience of operating as part of a regional leadership team
  • Adept leading teams to build integrated partner marketing plans and campaigns across multiple marketing disciplines
  • Direct experience interfacing with retail, silicon and OEM partners and a proven track record delivering growth/performance metrics.
  • Expert at optimizing the omnichannel consumer buying journey, well-versed in sales channels, commerce platforms and marketing services Expertise landing and coordinating cross-discipline marketing programs and sales programs.
  • Track record of marketing execution excellence and ROI through planning, operations-savvy, creative execution, readiness and analytics/insights
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to be a great listener.
  • Strong, demonstrated, presentation skills to groups of all sizes and levels and a successful track record of sales and negotiation skills, including advanced sales knowledge
  • Business and financial acumen \xe2\x80\x93 Experience managing suppliers, working across business functions and entrepreneurial flexibility to support trends, market dynamics and new channels
  • Ability to engage and influence at senior levels \xe2\x80\x93 strong executive presence and cross-functional collaborator
  • Experience managing ambiguity and rapid change \xe2\x80\x93 demonstrate agility and risk-taking
  • Proven track record managing and developing high-performance, diverse teams
