Philanthropy Collective - Centred on the identified areas of fundraising, impact measurement and collective philanthropy.

Segment and Market Development - Responsible for growing adoption and engagement on giving.sg through data-informed strategies that deepen participation across diverse giver segments, as well as the exploration of a 'High-Performance Charity Model' as a form of broader market development.
