Job descriptionPrivate Equity Real EstateInvestor Relations / Client Managementc$160k per annumThe CompanyThe organisation is a well-established Real Estate fund manager comprising multiple product strategies across a highly-diversified portfolio of assets (logistics, office, retail, student accommodation, hospitality, DC) located across the first-tier APAC markets. The team presently seeks to appoint a Director to maintain and building relationships with investors, a function critical to its long-term growth and product credentials.The PositionReporting to the Head of Investor Relations whilst working collaboratively within the IR team as well as the various Fund/Investment teams, the appointed individual will enjoy an evolving and highly engaging function. Supported by an Associate, the role will enjoy two primary functions. This will include client management responsibility across its global institutional investors (SWFs, Pension Funds) including oversight of RFI/RFP requests, DDQs, portfolio reviews and reporting and general ad hoc communications relating to fund or distribution matters. A further aspect of the position will involve harnessing investor relationships to understand attractive theses around new product development and the project management of the process from intelligence gathering, market research and benchmarking, development of pitch presentations in conjunction with the fund/investment team and the co-ordination of IR roadshows and presentations for fund/product launches.Why consider this position: this a super opportunity for a mid-career IR professional who most enjoys client relationship-building complete with an ability to dissect investor interests/dialogue and translate the data for the formation of new product ideas. Aside from a sound understanding of real estate and ability to manage key data and prepare presentation decks, interested individuals should offer first-class verbal and written communication, project co-ordination and interpersonal skills.
