You will assist the Regional Head of Security for Asia with security expertise, strategic initiatives, risk identification, analysis, and mitigation across the region. You will handle the development, implementation, maintenance and oversight of standards, protocols and processes across physical security, crisis management and fraud management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage security incidents and issues in the region, working with stakeholders on policy and incident management.
- Communicate with law enforcement and external agencies.
- Conduct physical security audits of offices and assets.
- Maintain access control and CCTV systems.
- Collaborate with fraud risk management to investigate fraud.
- Lead crisis management and support crisis teams.
- Update regional travel advisories and city security briefs and provide country risk ratings.
- Monitor and identify potential areas of risk, including social and political unrest.
- Approve travel to high-risk locations.
- Develop security training material and plans and provide awareness training.
- Test and implement technology to improve processes.
- Build relationships with regional business leads and stakeholders
Profile:
- 10+ years security management experience
- Law enforcement, military, or intelligence agency background.
- Experience managing investigations.
- Knowledge of cyber risk management.
- Experience necessary to command the action and confidence of others during crises.
- Help further digital transformation.
- Able to maintain and improve mechanisms for security intelligence, including risk assessment and disseminate feedback to appropriate internal stakeholders.
