The Director, Enterprise, Brand & Partnerships Marketing - Asia Pacific (APAC) brings to life the unique customer promise of the Hilton master brand and the key value proposition of Hilton\xe2\x80\x99s portfolio of brands by defining, creating, and delivering exceptional brand building initiatives, multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns and customer experience designed to drive business results.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Enterprise, Brands, Digital and Marketing Operations - APAC, you will be an important voice of APAC in the global development and steer key marketing initiatives across Enterprise, Brands and Partnerships Marketing, working across multi-functional teams to ensure that critical regional market nuisances / needs are captured and addressed upstream.

Through a deep understanding of consumer insights and business results, you will contribute to developing and refining our Hilton master brand customer promise, shaping the brand building model and narrative, identifying new ways to meaningfully impact customer and integrated marketing plans for APAC across Enterprise & Brand initiatives. Additionally, you will partner with other Marketing and Loyalty teams within the region build Omni Channel marketing strategies from creative development and execution to media planning and social media. These strategies will not only drive revenue and market share, but also build brand preference and loyalty among existing guests and cultivate and engage new customer segments. What will I be doing?

As the Director, Enterprise, Brand & Partnerships Marketing - APAC, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Work with the Global Enterprise & Brand Marketing team to contribute to the global Masterbrand customer promise, develop purpose-driven campaign for APAC including marketing planning activities and campaign execution across multiple channels.
  • Brand Strategy and Marketing Planning: Develop a comprehensive brand and portfolio strategy for the region, including defining the integrated marketing strategy and activation and identifying how the multiple activities (advertising, media, content, partnerships, influencers, PR, sponsorships, social) will contribute to drive brand preference, customer acquisition and engagement and support the business expansion.
  • Brand Equity Management: Oversee the management and enhancement of brand equity. Monitor brand health, consumer perception, insights, and market trends to identify opportunities for strengthening the brand\'s position and inform brand strategies, identify target audience needs, and refine marketing campaigns.
  • Creative Strategy and Brand storytelling: Develop the brand creative narrative, ensuring that it is engaging, authentic and resonates with consumers. Lead the development of creative campaigns to be consistently represented across multiple channels.
  • Partner with our Media Strategy & Planning team and media agency of record to plan and implement media strategies within APAC to achieve brand goals.
  • Strike strategic partnerships in support of the brand platforms to relentlessly hunt for in-culture brand building and partnership opportunities in sports, music and entertainment.
  • Manage creative agencies of record to ensure positive relationships and facilitate ground-breaking, world-class work.
  • Team Management: Nurture top talents and foster a high performing environment that builds a performance-driven, dynamic, highly engaged team.

  • Minimum qualification of BA / BS / Bachelor\'s Degree.
  • Minimum 10+ years of related experience.
  • Experience in developing and executing brand strategies, including brand positioning, messaging, and identity. Ability to build strong brand equity and differentiate the brand from competitors.
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social, and traditional media.
  • Experience in market research, customer insights, and data analytics to develop effective marketing strategies (short, medium and long term).
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management. Inspire and motivate their team and foster a positive work culture.
  • Strategic mindset and be able to think critically and analytically to develop long-term plans and initiatives that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Creative and innovative to develop unique and compelling brand stories, campaigns, and activations that resonate with consumers and drive business results.
  • Prior experience in APAC region.
  • Able to travel about 25% or when required.
