Job Description


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop IT strategies that align with the company\'s business objectives.
  • Operational Support: Ensure continuous support for all operational and business applications.
  • Policy Implementation: Create, enhance, and implement IT and OT policies, procedures, and processes based on industry best practices.
  • Disaster Recovery: Develop and operationalize the IT and OT Disaster Recovery Plan and Incident Response Plan within the Business Continuity Plan.
  • Cybersecurity: Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect the company from potential threats and attacks.
  • Remote Work Systems: Establish systems to facilitate an efficient remote work environment across the company.
  • Team Development: Develop IT human resources, set performance targets, and conduct appraisals to enhance skills and performance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior management, the board of directors, authorities, and vendors.
  • Technological Advancement: Stay updated on technological trends and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT and OT budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Cost Monitoring: Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Requirements:
  • Education: bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering or IT from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: At least 10+ years of relevant work experience in IT and team management / Operations Management
  • Experience: Relevant experience in IT, OT, and telecommunications.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Telco OSS/BSS operations.
  • Cybersecurity: Proven experience in planning and implementing cybersecurity measures.
  • Standards Familiarity: Knowledge of standards such as ITIL or eTOM.
  • Project Management: Strong program and project management skills.
  • People Management: Excellent skills in managing and developing personnel.
  • Performance Management: Experience in managing the performance of employees and vendors.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong contract negotiation abilities.
  • Track Record: Proven success in delivering IT projects and programs of varying complexities.
