Working Location: East
Working Hours: 830am to 545pm
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of comprehensive facility management services encompassing maintenance, cleaning, and essential operational services.
- Drive the expansion of the IFM business by fostering both organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse departments to harmonize operations with overarching business objectives.
- Attain operational excellence by fostering a secure, efficient work environment and executing adept budget management to meet financial targets.
- Cultivate stakeholder relationships and forge strong partnerships with service providers.
- Remain updated on industry shifts and market trends, leveraging a robust comprehension of industry dynamics to make well-informed decisions and proficiently manage risks and opportunities.
- Degree in an Engineering discipline with 10 years of working experience in Facilities Management
- Strong knowledge and experience in M&E works will be an advantage
- Proficient in operational management, with a proven track record in leading a large team
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
