Evaluate real estate operating platforms and partnership opportunities and make recommendations
Lead team to execute such platform strategies/opportunities
Manage the relationships with such platforms for follow-on investment opportunities
Lead and guide the team in identifying and evaluating potential real estate investment opportunities, structuring and executing the acquisition of assets in Asia Pacific and other regions
Conduct financial modelling to assess / support acquisitions. Present financial analysis to key stakeholders
Review portfolio performance and formulating business plans for portfolio assets
Conduct and coordinate legal, tax, technical & financial due diligence for assets to be acquired, working with internal functional teams and external advisers/ consultants
Preparation of investment papers, presentations and other materials as required
Project manage investment and divestment processes including participation in both on and off-market transactions
Development of new strategies in new sector and /or geography \xe2\x80\x93 assessing the investment thesis, strategy, potential and scalability of the strategy and work with Fund Management team on potential capital raising plans and structures for the strategy
Investor engagement on funds/mandates \xe2\x80\x93 for co-investment opportunities
Work with internal functional teams and external advisors on deal documentation and contracts
Assist with Investor Relations, e.g. investor pitchbook preparation, queries on investment portfolio
Provide coaching and guidance to younger members within the team
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Possess Degree in Business, Economics, Accountancy, Finance, Real Estate Finance or equivalent
At least 12-15 years of relevant working experience
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation and interpersonal skills
A self-motivated team player who is meticulous, detailed oriented, organized and able to learn quickly, independently with strong analytical skills
Proficient with financial modelling, market and industry research in real estate
A strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skill and ability to interact well with different functions and levels
Ability to multi-task and work in fast pace dynamic environment
