Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Quality and Delivery Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of our data and optimizing our operational processes to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Data Quality Assurance:

\xc2\xb7 Develop, implement & maintain strategies to assess and improve the quality of our data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

\xc2\xb7 Establish standards, guidelines, and best practices for data quality.

\xc2\xb7 Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and rectify data quality issues.

\xc2\xb7 Data Analysis and Reporting:

\xc2\xb7 Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.

\xc2\xb7 Using data quality and reporting technology to measure, capture and report in a consistent and meaningful way across domains.

\xc2\xb7 Act as a key point of contact in stakeholder management, facilitating effective communication between technical and non-technical parties.

\xc2\xb7 Process Optimization:

\xc2\xb7 Lead process discovery workshops for stakeholders.

\xc2\xb7 Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies.

\xc2\xb7 Design & implement process improvements applying automation where applicable to reduce human error.

\xc2\xb7 Develop the change management framework & drive alignment of metrics for optimized processes.

\xc2\xb7 Track & publish value realization & adoption statistics.

\xc2\xb7 Data Governance:

\xc2\xb7 Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures.

\xc2\xb7 Define data access controls, data retention policies, and data security measures.

\xc2\xb7 Education & Capability Building:

\xc2\xb7 Upskilling & being a consultant to team members on data quality best practices.

\xc2\xb7 Grow a network of data owners, stewards, custodians and stakeholders to support and facilitate improving data quality and good data practices.

\xc2\xb7 Be vigilant about market developments in data and its evolutions. Bring value added improvements to organization.

Job Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Statistics, a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Related Work Experience:

\xc2\xb7 10+ years\xe2\x80\x99 of related professional experience, ideally in the Consumer products industry.

\xc2\xb7 Experience leading technical groups and/or teams.

\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, data visualization tools).

\xc2\xb7 Cognizant of data privacy & data sharing policies.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

\xc2\xb7 Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.

Qualifications:

\xc2\xb7 Experience working in a networked and matrix organization

\xc2\xb7 Working knowledge or experience in process optimization

\xc2\xb7 Working knowledge or experience in implementing automation tools such as Workato

\xc2\xb7 Familiar with APIs & UI/UX principles.

\xc2\xb7 Proven track record in piloting and scaling IT innovation

\xc2\xb7 Ability to manage, mentor and upskill team members.

\xc2\xb7 Comfortable in both a leadership and team-member role.

\xc2\xb7 Stakeholder Management experience to senior executive levels. This role will require excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to push through ambiguity to align diverse stakeholder groups towards aligned goals.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.
