JOB DESCRIPTIONEnsure IT governance efficiency and comprehensiveness, including setting up robust governance framework, improving governance execution and timely addressing audit findingsEnsure internal and external projects are managed adequately following governance frameworkOversee and manage the compliance adherence & Technology Risk management across Keppel Tech with continuous service improvementsExperience in leading team to oversee enterprise IT governance, including risk management, internal audit, enterprise architecture & policies and project management officeExperience in leading cross-region and multi-vendor IT governance team with adequate technical & functional auditing experience across ITIL processes for projects delivered in house & outsourcedExperience in developing, reviewing and enforcing policies, standards & guidelines across enterprises.Experienced in managing large scale programs and projectsStrategic ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and direction & recommend new strategy decisions by providing inputs/review from a Risk Management and Governance & Compliance standpointEstablish metrics to measure the effectiveness of governance and tech risk processes.Work with Enterprise Architecture and Cyber Governance team to suggest enterprise architecture security guidelines, and ways to improve and ensure architecture efficiency, security, resilience and future-provenFacilitate clear communication of IT governance strategies across the organization.Continuous to identify, assess, mitigate IT Risk by improving and enforcing policies, standards & guidelines for compliance across enterprise.Operational ResponsibilitiesOversee the recommendations and guidelines on IT Governance and Risk Control framework established, and suggest improvements through digitalization and innovation to improve governance operation efficiencyOversee the development of IT Policies, strategies and standards governing the Enterprise\xe2\x80\x99s IT OperationsReview and approve changes to IT policies, standards and guidelinesParticipate in management of strategic vendor partnerships and contract negotiations to drive innovation and maximize the value of Technology investmentsAllocate team members to effectively oversee internal and external IT Governance projectsIdentify, assess, and mitigate IT risks, ensuring that risk management strategies are integrated into all IT projects.Develop and implement a robust framework for Level 2 checks, focusing on the adherence to IT policies and controls compliance.Plan and schedule automated and manual checks to assess compliance with established IT policies and controls.Ensure timely execution of assessments, documenting findings and coordinating remediation efforts.Identify potential areas of risk and non-compliance, proactively implement measures to mitigate these risks and prevent audit findings.Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to provide insights and facilitate seamless audit processesIdentify potential areas of risk and non-compliance, proactively implement measures to mitigate these risks and prevent audit findings.Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to provide insights and facilitate seamless audit processesContinuous ImprovementsMonitor emerging trends and technologies to enhance IT governance practices.Implement training programs for staff to promote a culture of governance and compliance.JOB REQUIREMENTS\xe2\x96\xba Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management or equivalent\xe2\x96\xba Proven leadership capability, executing as appropriate in the areas of responsibility\xe2\x96\xba Expertise in budget planning, financial management and resource management\xe2\x96\xba Broad knowledge of current and emerging technologies, technology directions and strategic application to business needs\xe2\x96\xba Knowledge and experience with industry best practices, including COBIT, ITIL, PMBOK, etc.\xe2\x96\xba Strong business acumen and business planning skills\xe2\x96\xba Excellent verbal, written communication skills and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain technology solution in business terms, establish rapport and persuade others, across all levelsBUSINESS SEGMENTCorporatePLATFORMOperating Division
