About the Department

The Global Market function leverages our in-depth knowledge of markets to provide timely financial advice, products and solutions to our clients. Together with our segment managers, we manage our clients\' investment, liability and risk management needs through a comprehensive suite of treasury products and services across multiple asset classes.

Job Responsibilities

• Pricing, developing financial solutions for asset and liability management across FX, Rates, Commodity, Credit and Equity
• Collaborating with local Sales and Trading stakeholders in each center to grow sustainable and scalable business in North Asia
• Pre-trade marketing and post-sales efforts including pitchbook preparation and participation in client meetings
• Payoff Risk and P&L impact pre-trade and post-trade scenario analysis
• Customized back tests and client portfolio analysis
• Participate to the development of new products/payoffs
• Work in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance in order to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure
• Appropriately assess risk/reward of transactions when making business decisions; and ensure that all team members understand the need to do the same, demonstrating proper consideration for the firm\'s reputation

Job Requirements

• 8 -15 years structuring experience from a financial institution
• Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with multiple functional groups in a cohesive manner.

Education: Bachelor\'s/University degree, Master\'s degree preferred
