As a global leader in the scientific research industry, Thermo Fisher Scientific is dedicated to enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.Preferred locations:Singapore, India or KoreaResponsibilities:Lead and develop marketing strategies and initiatives for the APJ regionLead a successful regional marketing team to deliver consistently on growth and revenue targetsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of marketing campaignsDevelop metrics and KPI frameworks that inform business reviews and optimisation of commercial tactics for short and long-term success, achieving marketing return on investment targets.Manage budget to enable efficient and impactful regional marketing campaignsApply new tools and drive innovation to retain a competitive edge and market visibility.Align with stakeholders and senior leaders to ensure effective go-to-market strategies that coordinate sales action with marketing activity.Provide regional market and molecule analysis, competitor benchmarking and customer insightsLead yearly regional market size and growth exerciseProvide strategic direction, operational oversight and accountability, and remove barriers to execution.Requirements:Bachelors degree required, degree in engineering, marketing, or biology-related field preferred.Marketing experience in bioprocessing or drug development Strongly preferredMinimum 10 years of experience leading marketing teams, with a successful track record of developing talent and building strong revenue focused campaignsProven experience in a leadership role within the Marketing industryAbility to work cross-functionally in a large and complex organizationDemonstrated ability to identify commercial opportunities and develop innovative marketing programs to capitalize on those opportunities with a focus on the customerOutstanding ability to analyze and solve complex problems.Experience and proficiency both leading and prioritizing multiple initiativesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentJoin our diverse and inclusive team, where your unique experiences, backgrounds, and perspectives are valued.
