Description & RequirementsSummaryThe Regional Marketing Director will lead, create, manage and execute the regional marketing plan for the SEAK region.This role is pivotal in driving lead generation, nurturing opportunities, and building a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed Infor\'s growth targets in the SEAK region. The ideal candidate will be an expert in B2B SaaS marketing with a track record of crafting integrated marketing strategies that drive results across diverse markets, ensuring a synchronised plan for building awareness and generating interest across regional marketing, PR/AR and all marketing tactics.Reporting to the Senior Marketing Director for APJ, this role requires a dynamic leader with deep regional expertise who can forge strong partnerships with the General Manager and senior sales leaders. Effective collaboration with Sales and the global marketing team is essential to align strategies and drive execution.Infor is seeking a person who combines strategic thinking with a hand-on approach to execution of marketing programs. Someone who has extensive regional marketing experience, who can build and tactically execute plans, and has managed a field marketing demand generation team. The right candidate will have B2B enterprise software expertise (ideally SaaS/Cloud) and is a team player who knows how to influence, partner and get things done. You can easily balance taking a data driven, analytical approach to marketing with a more creative, innovative approach. You would be known for strong delivery and getting results with an awareness of ROI.Essential Duties

  • Strategic partnership with the SEAK leadership team to develop and refine go-to-market strategies, integrating local market insights. You will then develop marketing plans to align with this, blending a local go to market approach with the broader international marketing strategy.
  • As a senior leader in the SEAK marketing team you will regularly engage the VP and your colleagues in other geographies for effective execution of the SEAK marketing and business plan.
  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans that drive lead generation and brand awareness. This includes identifying key messages, value propositions, materials, channels, and calls-to-action for the region.
  • Collaborate closely with the global marketing team to deploy a and manage defined Account Based Marketing initiatives for high-value accounts in the SAEAK region, ensuring alignment with regional and global strategies.
  • Collaborate with peers across marketing functions to roll out global campaigns at a regional level, ensuring localisation and branding alignment across the region.
  • Tactical execution of the overall direct marketing efforts: drive lead acquisition and lead nurturing campaigns and track and optimise campaign performance as well as overall ROI to the internal stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, SOW (scope of work), budget, ensuring that all marketing activities are executed efficiently and within scope, applying economic thinking.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the market drivers across SEAK, and translate that into strategically developed and implemented field marketing activities to support sales team\'s efforts.
  • Work efficiently to define, extract and synthesize available data and insights, to drive strategic engagement and planning.
  • Engage with sales teams to present recommendations for short term and long- term plans, aggregated learnings and innovation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the regional and global PR and communications teams, managing the local PR agency; including major launches, executive tours, local use cases and local media announcements.
  • Work with Channel sales to support channel partner enablement; manage the local MDF program, and deliver channel marketing programs to support sales objectives.
  • Exemplify the positive attributes of being a team player and team builder with all related personnel, cross-functional departments and local and global counter parts.
  • Measure and track campaign results against agreed objectives and KPIs.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of proven multi-channel B2B software marketing experience, gained within enterprise-level software (ideally SaaS) technology industries
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end lead generation campaigns and events, with a modern approach to integrated marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and optimise marketing performance that drives awareness and strong commercial outcomes
  • Ability to think strategically and see the big picture, combined with excellent prioritisation and execution skills
  • Strong project management with demonstrated skills in managing budget timelines and resources effectively
  • Excellent oral communication and written communication skills, with demonstrable ability to create compelling marketing materials and articulate strategies to various stakeholders. Proficient fluency in English is required.
Preferred Qualificaitons
  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or MBA or equivalent
