Director (mas Representative)

Job Description
We are looking for talent to join our Singapore Office as Director.
As the Director, you will:-
- Registered as the company's representative with MAS
- Establish policies, procedures and framework on the securities trading activities
- Formulate investment strategy and lead the investment research process
- Set and review risk management policies and risk parameters for the portfolios
- Develop and execute securities trading strategies so as to comply with Group's long-term company goals
- Design and implement best practices in governance, best execution, risk management and compliance to comply with MAS regulations and internal guidelines
- Provide necessary efficient team management to make sure our SG office are in smooth operations
- At least 15 years of experience in the securities trading industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial/supervisory role
- Strong understanding of securities and financial markets
- Currently a MAS Representative
- Able to deliver strong leadership and people management skills
- Able to lead a SG team and work under little supervision from headquarters
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Well-versed in both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Must be residing in Singapore and working full time for the role
