Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the brand awareness and consumer mentality building of the company\'s brand in the target country (overseas) market, and formulate specific implementation plans according to the overall goal and strategy of brand development, including but not limited to the overall planning, implementation and effect tracking of PR communication, social campaign, KOL marketing, benchmarking customer brand joint marketing and other matters;

• Based on brand positioning and profound market and consumer insights, carry out off-site core media contact layout and budget allocation, and build a complete channel cooperation and marketing funnel for target key customers;

• Carry out continuous BD and integration of external marketing resources, and control the quality of creativity and content delivery;

• Work closely with the business team to formulate and implement the localization marketing strategy of overseas products, accurately control the acquisition of traffic and the operation of traffic channels, effectively assist businesses, and continuously optimize ROI.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree or above in public enrollment, more than 8 years of experience in the field of brand marketing, including at least 3 years of experience in overseas market promotion, experience in blockchain-related industries, and branding experience from 0 to 1 is preferred;

• Clear strategic ability, sensitive to content, channel and traffic, familiar with traffic acquisition, retention and transformation model;

• Excellent cross-department communication, team and project management skills, excellent marketing sense of smell and innovation ability;

• Excellent speech and communication skills.
