Meraki Talent are engaged on the permanent position of Director of Finance based in the East Coast of Scotland paying a competitive salary, bonus &

The Company

This business have been a market leader within their sector for many decades, however its diversified its proposition significantly over the past 5 years which has opened up multiple additional revenue streams and substantially impacted its year on year growth.

The Opportunity

The company new requires an individual capable of moving the finance function forward so it can take the experienced and forecasted growth in it\'s stride. The role will work closely with the SMT and Board to advise & take the lead on:

• Aiding commercial decisions, strategy & direction
• Reviewing and enhancing financial control & governance
• Enhancing management reporting, visibility, costings and financial analysis
• Reviewing and developing processes, procedures, controls & systems
• Budgeting, forecasting & financial modelling
• Leading the finance team including hiring, training & development

Candidate Profile

We are keen to engage with qualified Accountants that have experience in financial management/leaderships roles with a background in manufacturing and/or FMCG and/or Food & Drink. Experience of implementing/developing ERP systems, in particular around costings would be highly advantageous. It\'s critical the individual has the ability to business partner and influence senior & non-financial stakeholders.
