• To provide accurate and complete financial & management reports timely to hotel management, corporate office and owners in accordance with the company and ownership reporting requirements & policy

• Maintain control over income, expenses and assets of the hotel in compliance with Accor policies & procedures and local requirements

• Oversee the operations of Accounting, IT & Purchasing

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.

• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant

• At least 3 years relevant experience in a senior leadership role in the hotel industry

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and laws

• Analytical and detailed oriented

• Excellent communication & organizational skills Technology experience in MS Excel, Word, Sun System back office, Opera PMS & Material Control system

• Ability to work well under pressure & independently in a fast paced environment

• Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
